size banks allowed hands on due diligence experience. In
every down cycle my bank was positioned perfectly to take
advantage of banks that needed help. This included but was not
limited to branch sales and purchases, loan purchase and sales,
and whole bank purchase.
Pioneered Internet banking
as President of La Jolla Bank in 1994 then founding CEO BofI in
2000, named changed to AXOS in 2018
